At Aardvark, our mission is clear. To provide superior maintenance, service and training to our residential and business customers, at a fair price, and in a friendly and professional manner. Aardvark was founded by Steve Thomas, a computer veteran with over 20 years of experience in the field. Over the years, Steve found himself providing help to a great many computer users. When he asked them why they hadn’t hired a professional to do the work, he consistently received the same answers:

A professional is too expensive
I don’t want to carry my equipment in to the shop
I can’t afford to be without my computer for that long
I can’t understand what those guys are talking about
I’m afraid they’ll lose the data on my machine
I don’t know who to call

After a while, Steve realized that the computer market really wasn’t being properly served, and he set about to create a company that would address these concerns by:
